Thanks! Yes, I'm Filipino. Did you send inquiry to CIO about your AOR? I'm quite worried that you have included documents (bank statements, etc.) which are not required as per "Document Checklist". Maybe that's the reason why it's taking so much time in processing your application?

February 8, 2013 - Sponsor was interviewed
March 8, 2013 - LOA received
March 12, 2013 - Payment Online
March 14, 2013 - Submitted Docs to CIO
March 21, 2013 - Courier received

Yeah, waiting is about 45 days on the average lately for "complete" application.
