I wonder why New Delhi gets their passport requests so much quicker than the rest of us...I mean that is REALLY FAST! Congratulations, btw, but I'm super jealous right now.

That is just the way New Delhi does it... they request the passport upon arrival of application at the VO.
Some people are without their passports for month

Hey dnt be jealous they ask for passport ages before they stamp visa on it... But average timing NDVO takes is around 3 to 3 and half months for complete process including sponsorship approval... So on average its fast... But not as fast as paris and australia... They r fastest it seems...

3 1/2 months? Wow! so much better than 14 months...but hey, it's all good I'm trying to make good use of our time apart, but it is hard, but I guess when there are difficult times together, I will remember this time, and it will strengthen me for any other difficulties (if or when they come) ahead.

Hi all,

I am a bit worried as our app has been received by Mississauga on April 24 and I did not hear anything from them yet.

When I called in today, the agent could not even find the file and telling me that it has not been opened yet.

Not sure what to do. People that applied even in May got their AORs and SA.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am sponsoring my wife from India.
