Hello My application under spousal sponsorship has been approved and forwarded to the New Delhi for further processing. I have received an email from this email address ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca. However I submitted my case to CPC-Mississauga.

Has anyone received the email from the same email address pls confirm?

They have provided me with an application number K000000000. I guess this is the file number. I had when I applied for PR in the past. Pls confirm is this the file number of the applicant?

Your undertaking is an unconditional promise of support. Is this common for everyone's letter?

ECAS: Ecas is not working. I tried y my client id and new applicaion number. Any idea why it is not working?

To CAPRWIFE: Have u received the email? I have noticed the email address they typed is in uppercase. Please send an email to your and wife's email address (you provided to CPC-M) from another address by typing your address in uppercase. If this works then something wrong somewhere. If you do not receive then this is the reason why u did not get an email. You can call the call centre and ask for your new file number. Once you get the file number open ecas and get the printout. The email says once the email has been sent, no other mail will be sent.

I posted mine here on the 10th and yes ut looks the same. All is ok.

Thanks. Visa office is New Delhi.

Medicals were done first week of march. Cant remember the exact date.

I have n't received my email yet. One agent told me to wait for 5 days to take action and another one said they can't do anything.

Yes, I tried your suggestion typing in uppercase from other email address and it seems to be working. So, you mean that something went wrong with CIC end ? But agent confirms that they have the right email address.

Yes, I did got the file number from agent but it starts with Fxxxxxxxxx unlike urs which started with Kxxx. ECAS is not working with UCI & file number yet.

Any thoughts ???

My latest ecas Update as a sponsored spouse is "MEDICAL RESULT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED"

is this an implication that our file was received by the VISA OFFICE?

Well I rcvd approval on April 10 and both sponsorship and pr are still application rcvd. I am hoping this is the indication that your file has been rcvd by VO office.
