Dear,

If possible print the job description into Company PAD. If HR doesn't mentioned duties then you can also collect any one in the supervisor panel using company pad. it will make your reference strong.

You can also go what u have collected. Don't worry. 100% perfection is very tough for every one.

In addition to Reference letter from your employer, you should/may want to attach the following:

1. Appreciation letter or Increment letter (if you have one)
2. Any document that represents your work

I hope you are also providing your pay stubs (copy).

Hi Samelgilany,

You need to call CIC call center number, and check if a file has been already created for your application, then ask for your Client ID number, the agent will ask you about your first , last name and date of birth before giving you the number, once you got it you can track your application status via both website and phone service.

Hi mena, can u please share a format of experience letter you have prepared for NOC 0213 ? Also what is the designation of your supervisor whom you have obtained job descritpion/duties letter, i mean if applicant's title is not "manager" then is it OK to obtain such letter from you immediate supervisor whose designation is manager or more preferable is to get duties letter from some higher-up in the company. Actually I am asking this question because if one apply under 0213 code but whose title is different from IT Manager and on the other hand submits job duties letter from supervisor/manager may lead to doubts in the mind of VO, is'nt it ??
