Hi mena, can u please share a format of experience letter you have prepared for NOC 0213 ? Also what is the designation of your supervisor whom you have obtained job descritpion/duties letter, i mean if applicant's title is not "manager" then is it OK to obtain such letter from you immediate supervisor whose designation is manager or more preferable is to get duties letter from some higher-up in the company. Actually I am asking this question because if one apply under 0213 code but whose title is different from IT Manager and on the other hand submits job duties letter from supervisor/manager may lead to doubts in the mind of VO, is'nt it ??

i am applying under NOC 0213 ;D
my title is manager and i get my experiance letter and Job description from HR department not from my direct manager ( but offcourse he know as they may call him for clarification ) and those things are arranged in the HR department also there are many titles under NOC 0213 not only IT managers .. in my case my department is under the Business planning manager ( i dont know if this will lead to doughts or not )

I sent my application thru DHL 4rm Nigeria in April 2010 and got a confirmation 4rm DHL that it's been delivered and signed for on 23rd of same month. I hope the application will not be affected by the new rule and also am yet to receive nor hear 4rm Canada the status of my application. How long does this takes cos mine is more than 2 months already. Await ur brilliant responses asap. thx al...

Pls let me know that after getting 1st AOR and then upgradtion by applicnats,how much time cic New Delhi taking to issue the medicals and then further visa.

Hi Chander,

Saki is right. ND used to be a slow Visa office but now it is one of the fastest processing centers. You can expect 5-6 months to receive your visa. So yeah get ready to fly.

Hi There,
I need help to understand where should I need to send the required document after getting the AOR from CIO, I have applied from Pakistan but following link says that I must follow the instruction from London, United Kingdom.

I did not send the IELTS result and proof of relationship of my brother living in Canada to CIO..., Should it be sent along with the application form or should I have to submit them to Visa Office after getting the AOR.

i called them again today, the first person that picked said he was surprised that i have not received my AOR having sent it to them on the 12th april and that they have started working on the april 17th people. he asked me to call back that he was not hearing me clearly. when i called the second time the lady that picked confirmed that they received my application on 12th not 9th that i thought, they started processing it on the 9th june and that by 18th of august (10 weeks) i would have heard from them. i hope it would be good news i would hear.

Hi,

You will need to send your full documents to London, as of 1st April london is looking after all the application which are filed from pakistan. Yes you will need to send the proof of relationship and IELTS result with your full documents.
