Hi,

I believe what NDVO is saying is true about the pre June applications in there replies that the processing will start in 2012 but finalisation may occur in 2013. It's visible on the forum as well people went into in process as early as in Jan2012 are still waiting for MR whereas other visa offices like buffalo and london are issuing the MR to pre June . I believe NDVO has one of the largest inventories of MI applications and it will take 1-2 years to finish it.

Not a good thing to hear :(

why nobody answered my question,?????????????????

i wanna ask about my case ,i checked my e status and i found Decision made with no medical request or any update,it has been changed to in process with RBVO inside last may and there is no specific date...is it normal or I should worry.? Any body has the same? Please reply me.

@ smd,
Notwithstanding the fact u have worked hard to analyse the present situation by posting the data derived from the CIC website.I RECKON,it is not always necessary that happening in the past should have identical result even now.It is not good to keep doubting the integrity of the Canadian Govt, considering the sweeping policy changes that may come into effect soon.Yes,it is sad that pre-2008 applicants have been subjected to the unfortunate situation.

Now,let us hope that our voyage is heading towards the shore of CANADA,OUR DESTINED POINT.The coming weeks/months would witness our resurgent hopes turning into reality .
Let us wish nd pray for each other.
Good luck nd May God bless all !!!!

dear his analysis is according to number of persons, but immigration quotas are in number of cases.
last year according to latest data releases, total no. of cases(Federal skilled, New Delhi) received Visas were 7,558
but the no. of persons may be higher

I think there is doubt in the minds of most of us, whether visa quota mentioned is for PA or for all family members? I think it must be PA as they want that no. of FSW during the concerned year. Waiting for seniors to reply

Though I am not a senior but ..... If we break it further FSW visa quota is 61000

Usually a family with kids consists of 4 people. Some applicants must be single, some must have applied with spouse & some have 1 kid.

So average comes to 2 persons per application.

Now if 61000 is total # of people allowed to enter Canada under FSW so roughly 30k applications will be processed in this year across globe.

But if 61000 is the total # of applications to be processed then people entering Canada will be roughly 1,20,000 which will be huge.

But the question remains..... what is 61k? Is it # of applications or # of people permitted into Canada under FSW category.

To my understanding 61000 is merely # of people that will be granted visa (Including PA/Spouse/kids)

this is my case and it said outside decision made.....????????

We received your application for permanent residence on April 26, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on August 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

@rammoo,

if we go by cic website, explaining the stages of application processing system,we will come to konw that "DECISION MADE" is the last stage.if it precedes MR it is not considered a good sign.
however,in the past a good number of forum members had confronted this kind of situation.this turned out to be a technical glitch.respective vos had also confirmed it in their letters to the affected applicants.therefore,if u do not get any official communication in this regard from VO,u should not worry.meanwhile, please send a case specific enquiry to ur VO,immediately.hope, this should help clear the doubt.
good luck.
god bless all !!

Respected parhar sir and other seniors, I need ur precious suggestions. My case is as following-
I applied in april 2010.Everything was going on smoothly. But in feb 2012 my ecas changed from IP to DM. I asked my consultant about it and he assured me that it was system glitch. But then i received my rejection letter on 12 march. In rejection letter immigration officer said in first paragraph that he reviewed mine job contracts and experience letters. But in second paragraph he is saying that i hadn't submitted mine job letters and duty descriptions. But I have submitted them. so i asked my consultant to make an appeal. He did so on 31 march. so i want to ask that in how many days NDVO can reply and what is the exact time period in which i should apply for judicial review appeal?
Thanks for reading!

Give couple of weeks’ time to E-case, ideally it should change to In Process with processing date.

I read few Similar situations in this forum but later few got the processing date.

I had this question in mind if NDVO has 7100 visa quota , does that includes the dependents as well and after going through with the forum I came to conclusion that it's only the primary applicants. Correct me if am wrong.

NDVO has Targets of 8000 for 2012 and it is confirmed that it is the no persons not no of cases

IN PROCESS with a date. Applicants seeing this can surely expect the MR.
I'd still be skeptical though.

Hi, thanks for the info,
have you got ip with date ?
please tell us when you got ip alone and again ip with date the time period between them
thanks again
regards.

Hi,

How can you be so sure about it? Could you please share the link.
