Dear "In Process" means that a your VO started processing on your file which you sent after getting the 1st AOR. That means they started reviewing your full documents. Background check and all.

Thank you Classical beat. I understand that review of documents takes place at this stage. However i need to know whether you qualify for this stage after meeting the 67points or points are calculated as part of this stage.

Thx, KC

It means u are scoring67 points, and ur file is eligible.

Today my ecas status changed to In process. But the details are same as RBVO.
The address has been removed from the e-case page.

I am not sure what to make of this. Any thoughts?

Hello Cam,
Thanks for reply.
I got the PER for my post626 application from CIO this morning. Now, time to make a final decision.
The visa officer contacted with me by phone, the lady is nice. she said that she asked her superior and got the answer. First priority is post626. :o We never know their logic.

Hi roseapple08:

Congratulations on your PER... Although you say the lady who called you was nice and knowledgeable, I would still call the visa office again for confirmation that post June 26 applications will have priority in processing, before you cancel your other application. I would appreciate if you could let me know what they tell you as this info is important for many Post June applicants, please Inbox me if you wish... and best of luck!

Cam

Thank you, Cam.
Please comfirm that for me. I appreciate.
Here is the story. The visa office lady asked me to withdraw one. I asked which one will be prosessed faster. She could not give a definitive answer. After checking with her superior, the answer was: post626 has priority. However, she said she could not garentee anything, I have to decide by myself. Then I asked for holding my case for a while, once I get the PER for the second application, I will make a final decision. Now, the PER comes. This is the whole story. Best wishes for immigration to all.

Well, you seem to be in a win/win situation :) Two applications which have passed final eligibility... I don't know, if I were you, I would still call or write to the VO one more time and ask which would be the faster route.

Remember, while you have received your PER, your application is NOT at the VO yet. We have people who got their PERs over two months ago, and their VOs have still not received their application... On the other hand, your pre June 26 application IS at the VO right now.

Tough situation, you have nothing to lose by asking more questions from your VO in my opinion.
Cam

Yes, I noticed that the CIO moves slowly to forward the full documents to the VO. That is a disadvantage. BTW, I need to apply the PCC of FBI again for the second application, it takes another 2~3 months. Furthermore, I want my money back. ;D

I second what Cam has said so far... You are really in win win situation here.. Try calling them again and find which could be processed faster.. and then the withdrawal choice is easy

All the best

Sapana

Thank you, I will email them again. Good luck to all.

The e-CAS status shows only In Process now.. the CIO review complete and RBVO part are not shown anymore for me..

It seems that the e-CAS bug is fixed..

Hi guys,
My application status was showing "In Process" just a week ago like others. But unfortunately now its showing only "Application Received". Can you explain what does it mean?

regards
/Pavel

In my opinion withdraw the pre 26 file.
there should be no second thought in that.

if u look at our google chart then u will observe that candidates who recieved their 1ST AOR from CIO in june, july.august are getting their file numbers started from E========== EXCEPT the only candidate dreamscanada.i would like to ask dreamscanada to recheck file number again .Those are the candidates who will be getting real e-cas status now since CIO started sending their files to CHC ,ND while remaining all post september AOR candidates have to wait(pending review though in process) a long until another files created ,after CIO will transfer their files to ND VISA OFFICE.This is my observation .seniors please comment.
SAIRAM,CLASSICALBEAT,AHWALRAMAN,SAPANA,MALWA Please give ur file numbers .Are that started from E?
