Thanks, for sharing such information.sunnysport said:As I thought I had sent my case specific inquiry to the Delhi VO and they have replied in negative as reproduced below :-
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
The Canadian Visa Office in New Delhi has no record of receiving an application from you. We therefore cannot respond to your enquiry. If you sent your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Canada, you will need to contact that office for any update.
Please be aware that CIO Sydney will contact you as soon as they have made a determination on whether your application is eligible for processing under Canada's Skilled Worker program. If you have provided an e-mail address on your application, they will contact you by e-mail; otherwise, they will contact you by mail.

Thanks saki.. I ' ll fill the new forms itself...saki said:Hi,
I would say just fill the new forms with the updated information and mention it in your cover letter that address has been changed so you have filled the new forms with the updated information for there records.
Cheers

The best way is to write "TO PRESENT" and do not mention any specific date. this will deliver the message that you are still working on that job till the date of signing the form.suja2010 said:Thanks saki.. I ' ll fill the new forms itself...
I have one more doubt here.. while filling new forms, what to mention in "to" date for current work experience.
I put april 2010 while submitting initial application.
Now do i need to change to sep2010 or let it be the same??

I have a question , for proof of residency for my aunt, is it a must to get all the things with her name?
As you know some times may be the bill will come with her husband's name or her son ( My cousin )
Or any proof it must be with her name only
Appreciate your clarifications

saki said:Hi,
Eissa has advised you correctly, write to Present if you write anything else it will give impression that either you are on a contract and will finish in the future or you are no more working there so write " To Presen" this is what i did as well.
Cheers

Hi Haral, haral said:Hi Saki, Have nt you still got your Docs going London`s way as yet?
Processing times indicated in the table at Cohen's site are for applications before Feb 27, 2008. Those are the old applications under the old rules. There have since been 2 changes. April applicants should be looking at the CIC website under After Nov 28, 2008 / Before June 26, 2010.mitali said:Hi,
The information you have provided is from Cohen's website and thus can not be wrong. But this is a very important info as it is a blow in the face for all the pre 26th June applicants. What is interesting and confusing is the the current processing times as posted on the CIC website which does not match with Cohen's.
How about making a new thread with this info and see what people have to say about it. I am sure you will get more opinions on the open forum rather than on just this thread. I will be interested to get more info.

That info on the number of months to finalised the processing is ridiculous and annoying. I do not want to believe in that. There must be a mistake some where. Infact, i am mailing my consultant COHEN, to explain to me what they mean by that. When we were about applying it was said that is would be completed in 6- 12 months. Withthe way things are goin. I might have to go and apply under the new one. They held one to our money , many of us have gathered all of our documents which cost us lot of money (many would be expiring soon) and would cost money to collect again. Why the hell is CIC behaving like this?13042010 said:Hi Forum:
I found this (? misleading) information in this web-site which gives ridiculously long processing times. I don't find this information elsewhere... Can somebody explain please? If this was the timeline fo the old system, why does it indicate that date on the top... really confused!!
