Guys,
I have question-
I applied before June 26 and got 1st AOR under category Skilled worked 0213.
I have about 8 years of work experience.Out of that I have about 1yr 11 m and 2 days work experience in category of IT manager 0213.
Other work experience is as software analyst/software engineer/consultant and I have paydstubs/tax returns to prove that.How many points do I get under federal skilled worker category?Do I get only 15 points as I have less than 2 years experience as manager or do i get 21 points for total work experience?

I did not know about your 8 yr experience. I think if the other work experience (8yr) fall under skilled category O,A or B then you will get 21 points.

Hi Mitali,

I think we need to make a clarrification regarding Doc recieved by visa office. we need to differntiate between the date of actual delivery (as per courrier report) and the date of the Ecas status change "Recieved by Visa office". if you look at the below table , we can see aamir.1d for example sent his doc on 15 Aug and was recieved on 16 Aug , but his status can not be "Recieved by Visa office" yet as it takes sometime to be updated as i understand.

Please correct me if i am wrong

Hi All,

ive sent in my docs to the VO at London on the 16th of Aug which was received at the VO on the 17th of Aug... Till now my status on the E-CAS shows as "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete"

How long does it take to change to "received by VO" ?

Hi Gavi,

London office is a bit slow it will take sometime so dont worry it will change soon and you will get AOR in about 1 to 1.5 month time.

I am in a phase of gathering all the document for sending to VO London.

Queries:

1. Checklist says “Do not send originals unless otherwise stated. Send notarized photocopies of all documents except the police certificates, which must be originals”, however people used to send all their original educational/training/qualification documents. And checklist of this category says:

· Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas;

· College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;

· Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes.

· Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)


Except the above Bold point none of the point states that you need to send original documents. What do you suggest?


2. I have 7 years of experience in total out of which 2 years of experience is present in eligible NOC list, so can you guide me that am I eligible for complete 21 points or just 17 points?

3. While sending docs to VO now we need to send the new updated forms i.e. updated after 26th june or we need to send previous forms.

The orignals which you need to send are:
PCC, IELTS Result, Employment Experience Letter,Transcripts and your original Nikka Nama ( Marriage Certificate if you are married ) and plus the proof od funds statement from bank. For all other documents copies will be fine.

You will get them back once decision is made, CIC is well aware that these are very important documents so they wont loose it.

Hi,

You might be right about your visa office checklist but what i have said is just for Pakistani applicants applying in London office and in London office checklist there is a special instructions for pakistani applicants and its written there that original birth certificate and marriage certificate is required.

Again different visa offices have different requirement.
