Dear Saki
i'm just a passive member of this forum.is it possible to rejected after DD being cashed? my NOC is 1111 and DD has been debited on July 29, since then i count 20 days.what trouble time i have now??!!
please give UR advice is their is rejection??

Hi,

Yes we have seen some application been returned after CC/DD were charged, so still there is a slight chance of rejection. Normally it takes 2-3 weeks time to get first AOR and hopefully you will receive it this week.

Dear Mitali
Does the 2nd AOR contain the new immigration file number or it simply gives the same message as having mentioned on the e-case status?
what is the usual format of the 2nd AOR?

The 2nd AOR contains a new file number generated by the local visa office. For New Delhi, the 2nd AOR comes by regualr post within 12-15 days of submission of full documents. The 2nd AOR talks about the current processing times - which is 8 months as per the 2nd AOR that I have received from New Delhi. The AOR also mentions that the visa office will contact the applicant sometime within the next 3 months and if it doesn't the candidate can contact the visa office after 3 months.

hi april post. i am from may blog. just wondering maybe some blank updates on your list got something already but they happen not to update you all. meaning......if this is the case then those that are waiting and who is active and contributing info here maybe getting mix signals. i hope all would be active and contributing there updates to us all. that way we can atleast have a hypothesis on whats going on. again....goodluck to all you out there.

I am back with one more question.. on Schedule 1 / Background Declaration

point 10. EDUCATION...

we have four boxes to fill out..

1. Elementary Primary School
2. Secondary / High School
3. University / College
4. Trade School or other Post Secondary School..

these 4 columns are to be filled out according to the number of years you spent in each type and according to my studies its is some thing like this. :

1. Elementary / Primary School (Number of Years " 8 " = 1 year Nursery, 2 years Kinder Garden-I & Kinder Garden-II &
5 years of primary school i.e class 1 to 5th.)

2. Secondary / High School (Number of Years " 7 " = 5 years Secondary i.e class 6 to 10th &
2 years High School "Fsc 1st year and 2nd Year" )

3. University / College (Number of Years " 6 " = 4 years Bsc (Hons) & 2 years Masters.)


4. Trade School or other Post Secondary School.. (Number of Years "NONE".


so now according to this calculation i must write:

1. (8 Years)

2. (7 Years)

3. (6 Years)

and so i will get total of 21 years of education..... previously i did not added my Elementary schooling years, but now sum one has told me to add them also...

what you people say, i agreed with that person becuz he also got immigration and filled out these columns this way....

I think youre years will be like this

Uptill 12st Standard = 12 years
Bsc = 4 Years
Master = 2 years

Total Years = 18 years.

I always count like this as nursery and kinder garden is not counted in a full time study but i might be wrong as you have created a doubt in my mind lolz , lets see what mitali says.

Good to have you back...

Primary/Elementary is the first stage of COMPULSORY education. So the counting of years begins from Primary/Elementary stage and not the preeceeding nursery yrs.

Total yrs for you 12+4+2=18yrs.

I think Masters is given 1 year. The total no. of yrs should be 17 yrs full time studies equivalent.

As far as my knowledge is it depends how long was the course if it was 2 yrs you will get 2 yrs because you studied full time for 2 yrs.

Status changed on 16 and its 19th today so i think just wait for few more days because they send by normal post not registered so it could take well 5-7 working days as its coming from London.

From the time you submit full docs to the CHC.
CIO processing & 120 days are not counted in this.

All processing times on cic website are Visa Office specific.
