Applying for Child's Limited Validity Passport & Citizenship at same time

I am a Canadian citizen residing outside of Canada with my wife and daughter. We are applying for an urgent limited passport to get back to Canada and need to submit a citizenship application at the same time as per the direction of the Canadian embassy.

I am just a little confused on two things. The child abroad general passport form (https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/passport/forms/pdf/pptc042.pdf) section 4. Proof of Canadian citizenship. What am I supposed to write here if I am applying for that form at the same time?

Also the form PPTC116 does anyone have any experience with this form?

Contact embassy/consulate to confirm procedure. Prepare application for the proof of citizenship (or even submit it and keep a copy). Apply to embassy/consulate for temporary passport on basis the child is a citizen and you're just waiting for the certificate.
