    Birth certificate registration number on application

    Hi! I am applying for my child’s proof of citizenship and LVP. It asks for MY (Canadian parent) registration number. I am born in 2000 and have a “Long form” there are 2 numbers one at the very top in red and one at the bottom by the signature. Which one do I put? Thanks
