thanks and i pray that soon you get your passports req also .. you been waiting for so long ,i am very happy it was fast processing for me still cant believe i got passport back so fast

one woman got decision made since three weeks and yet still waiting for passport req ..
We really dont know how they process but as for you ,,your background check shuld hve been fast ..
feel they are waiting for your medicals then would req your passport , as the medicals should go to london first then SA.

Things will be ok and you are almost at the end . I had to redo my medical in February 2015 , and after a week it was updated on the CIC website saying : Medical results received.

When landing in canada i was first sent to customer services ,to declare things i had and the amount of money , if it is > 10.000$ then you need to pay tax. From there i was sent to immigration i submitted my passport including the 2 certificates of permenant residence confirmation i received from pretoria and i signed them all in front of the immigration officer , then one of it was handed to me. Then they sent me to another service in order to apply for the sin and you obtain it directly at your arrival.

hi ONR ...CAN YOU TELL ME HOW MUCH MONEY APPROX U MUST HAVE WITH YOU WHEN ENTERING CANADA ..SHOULD YOU DECLARE THE MONEY YOU HAVE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IN YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN..
And did you bring b4a form for declaring all your goods?

This stands for Certificat de Selection du Quebec. It is required only for applicants who intend to reside in Quebec

Btw, i heard on this forum that Ecas is updated on Tuesdays. Lets hope and pray that we see some changes in our application status by end of this week!
