Applications processed in Pretoria

Can you share with us when your file went into process.

I thought that we need to send it to Pretoria for visa. Did they state that in the email that we can get it from Mauritius also.

Zaara you don't need to check ecas now since the next step is ppr since we are not from visa exempt country.

i dont know but i feel if you can avoid checking your file online its better ,,this is my personal observation on several cases ...and it was an advice given to me also.. i know its tuff but for best results its better.
yes no logic on their processing and no the principal applicant did not stay outside Mauritius for such long time.
I drop it at the Mauritius embassy which is better and no hassles.
ACECUBE i really feel you will get it soon late by next month maybe as your medicals had expire and you had to redo it.

and zara0804 try avoid checking online too much if possible remain calm for three month i know i am askiing too much

Lol.. Yep, i know i should not check online too often.. I do it only twice a month, which is not that often compared to others on the forum... hahaha..But i am trying to resist the urge..

I also have a feeling that Acecube will be getting his visa soon.. If we are all in process it means they are getting things done faster and Acecube is before us! so he will definitely be hearing from them in September! Lets all be positive

As i told you i dont know when it went into process because all were done by my consultant he recieved all emails .when we were request to pay for CSQ we did it..
mississauga =start process 13 april
csq request =17 May
got csq 2nd july
the rest is direct passport request
Actually the vfs in Mauritius have the right to do passports delivery to pretoria for us .
you pay them they send it for you and pretoria will return it to you through them
Even on the emails cic give you this option to send your passports.
Cic will give you three options where to send from that lists you choose.
As for me its my consultant who decides all and i trust him.

Hello Acecube! Any news from Pretoria?

Not yet. Ironically today it's been one year since we sent our application to Missisauga. It was delayed since we sent an outdated form and deemed to be application received as of 14 October 2014. We were lucky to get SA after a month.

Then we went into process in March 2015 and have been hopeful to get an answer soon. Unfortunately, we are still waiting though we have already been passed for eligibility and only background check is pending.

Hoping to get a good news has been like reaching the horizon in the open sea. Every time we think we are close, it only get far away .

I wish all you guys a speedy process.

Which country are you from? I am Mauritian..

Did you hear anything from Pretoria? Mine is still in process.. nothing written about medical though

Nope haven't heard anything from pretoria as yet.
Mine status online also showing in process still.
I did an upfront medical examination which I sent with my application and it says online that they've received my medical examination.
Did u not include ur medical examination in ur application?

Hi there. I'm also South African. I applied exactly 1 month after you both, so I'll be looking at you guys as a benchmark. Hopefully everything goes through smoothly and quickly. Good luck
