I got my GCMS notes in less than 30 days (calendar days). You never know. As you don't have the interview date yet, you can order them just in case. If they get on time great, if not no big deal. You will do fine. Just review your application with your wife. All the best.

We've been waiting to hear 4a long time, my MPs office said they would email them (last week) to see if they got all our additional documents etc... Cuz we had heard nothing. Pretoria got our file transferred in June 2011 and started working on it in Oct 2011(4 mths sitting on a desk?!?!) , had to redo meds Dec 2011 cuz they lost the 1st set, grrrrrr... Anyone know what they ask in the interviews? Do u get any news in the interview as to whether you've got the visa or not? Or do u just go back home and wait some more? This is so stressful!!!

In the interview, some of the things that they address are points that are not clear to them that they require clarifications. They also ask about many question regarding the relationship, background and so on. i don't speak from experience because we did not have to go through an interview, but rather people who have gone through that says so.
Someone had a post with potential interview questions. If I find the post I will repost for you.
Your CAIPS or GCMS notes can also give you a good indication of what the VO wants to clarify.
As to whether the VO make a decision right away or later, I have no idea.

(they asked him my age, then tried to correct him, but he stood his ground and they said "yes but she will be that age in a few months", which is not really true, my birthday's not until the fall. i found that interesting)

it hasn't been very long since you met each other, but you decided she would come and visit you very soon after you first met online (4 months). why so fast? how did that happen?
what happened when she visited the first time?
why were you so rushed to be married? how do you explain that?
your wife is older than you, can you explain that?
(this led into a bit more of a discussion about our age difference and whether we had discussed how it could affect us etc., it was the most nerve-racking part of the interview because it took on a more serious tone but my husband was strong and spoke from the heart with conviction and they accepted his response- this was clearly the biggest concern)
what do your family members do for work (brother, sister, parents)?
what do you do for work?
noticing our receipts for sending money back & forth:
does your wife send you money because you need it?
did you send her money for the same reason?
do you have family in canada?
are you still in contact with them?

You are welcome guys. I saw another post with over 100 questions but I am not able to find it anymore. I will look again.
The VO ask general questions, but I think that they also ask questions that are specific to the relationship.
I received my GCMS notes and I find out that they were already thinking of calling my husband for an interview to clarify certain points. The VO send a letter to my husband requesting him to answer a few questions. My husband and I had to send separate letters with explanation.
In the notes, the VO stated that the explanation was satisfactory, and I think it is because of that they changed their mind about the interview.

Yes, we were lucky in that sense. However, our application is taking so long. We hope for they approve him soon. I can't wait for this to be over, so I can be with my husband.
Don't worry, you will be fine. As you said you have nothing to hide and your relationship is genuine.

Nothing for me either. The waiting game is not good for me at all. They started processing my application on 5th of April, hopefully they'll contact me next week.
