Hi leo, thanks for your advice reg AVR. Here was my problem. My I-94 was going to expire on 15th may and my labor certifi. was going to be more than 365 days older on 17th may, so I had 2 day gap. I never heard of 30 day rule and was not comfortable to go out of US and get new visa stamped bcz of lot of stories I heard, so I just gave up on 7th year extension . And this canadian PR stuff I really was expecting to be over by Feb / March this year., never thought this will prolong so painfully and as end of my stay in US was approaching faster I was getting anxious. Suddenly 2 weeks ago I saw you guys talking about AVR, which I finally used and came back from Canada yesterday after 4 day visit. ( Funny part is I 1st applied for Mexican visa which they denied due to ridiculous reason that I just have less than a month stay valid in US, but then next day I applied at Canadian VO in LA which I got without any problem). So Leo, I really thank you for opening this never heard door for me. Now I can wait for another 1 year on Canadian PR and they can take as much time as they wish. Leo, my question is : Does my employer need to get 2 seperate LCAs , one for each I-129 or same LCA copy can be used ?
BTW, during my 4 day stay in a city close to Vancouver, I saw not much difference in US and Canada. Good are a bit more expensive though, but most immigrants go once a week to US to buy cheap grocery and save lot of money. Mostly it was raining , lot of election fever and more acceptability to immigrants as compared to USA.
