Fact is it's hard tell .. But technically , Buffalo vo office count a day when they received full application. I believe it's also depends which NOC you have. Dont worry have some patience..Look at my time line.. One good news for us that" CIC now accepting less no of new applications and same...

No US green card holder doesnt need visa to enter canada but Canadian PR holder needs Visitor visa to enter USA though Citizen of canada doent need visa.

That's good way. I thinks we should lawsuit against canada immigration by appointing reputed lawyer. it must be work. if they hav allocated no of visa to specific VO, then should not even accept our application that time.so we can think something else. but we got stuck on stupid. wastin our...
