Applications after September/2011 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

No further progress. I was told by my immigration consultant that the visa office in London will first send the second file number and then further process will take place. So I wonder what will be the next step?

I have file under NOC 1233, insurance claim on 24th Nov. due to some payment error i got back on 12th Feb and i resent on 15th Feb.
anyone know what was status of the caterogy around 20th Feb?

I sent a specific inquiry to LVO and received the below reply:

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.

We will contact you again if we require further information or when we are ready to proceed to the next stage of your application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

So i guess September applicant will take longer time. Do you guys think, my file is being worked on by an immigration officer already? ???

I GUESS I COULD CONSIDER THIS MY 2ND AOR RIGHT? :P
 
Dear friends,
Some of our friends in the forum mentioned in the past, that London office does not issue second AOR. Instead it directly issues the Med request. I have still not received any update. My immigration consultant says that Med request comes only after the second AOR is received from the London visa office. Hope the wait ends soon. I hope all of us make it soon.

Hi guys,

Allow me to get involved with u, I sent my application on 21 December 2011, and got per from CIO on 24 feb 2012, my vo is in London as I live in UAE , my doubt is I sent a copy of my work exp and academic degrees also my wifes pcc date of birth is wrong, so shall I send a true copies of my papers and corrected pcc to lvo or wait till they ask me to update,please advise

 Complete or provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination yourself and spouse/ common –law partner. This must be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
 Pay the right of Permanent Residence fee yourself and spouse/ common-law partner. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012
 Complete Marriage Questionaire for yourself. This must be received a t this office by 03/30/2012.
 Marriage photos for your self. Provide photo of weeding reception, ceremony and casual photos. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012.
 From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you self and spouse. From India, UK, Philippines this much be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
 INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS. We do not mail passport outside INDIA/ NEPAL/ BHUTAN.

SOME OF MY FRIENDS SAY THAT I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT AS THEY GENERALLY REQUEST PASSPORT WITH LANDING FEES BUT AS YOU CAN SEE THE LETTER, THERE IS NO PASSPORT REQUEST.

I AM SO SCARED AND WORRIED WHETHER I SHOULD SEND PASSPORT WITH COVER LETTER NOT OR WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST??????

I DECIDED TO TAKE ADVICE FROM ALL OF YOU BEFORE I TAKE ANY DECISION.

I HOPE YOU GUIDE ME.

How can we make sure whether the demand draft that was sent with the papers has been encashed?

hey friends,,.,i would like to know as to when the new occupation list would be released and new points calculator.. would 0631 would be still their.. please pray for us that 0631 still remains in the list and whoever lost the chance last time are able to apply this year and clear it..
