YOU ALL ARE VERY RIGHT ABOUT THE 3131 APPLICATION I HAVE SNET MY APPLICATION ON 27 SEP RECEIEVED BY CIC OFFICE IN THREE FOUR DAYS ....BUT TODAY I GOT THE MAIL FROM THEM THAT CIC IS SENDING YOUR APPLICATION BACK BECAUSE OF THE CAP REACHED ALREADY DONT KNOW BUT THE WEBSITE STORY WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FRON THE ORIGINOL NUMBERS.......
HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR THE NOC 3131 WILL BE THERE

I submitted my application in early Oct. I emailed them in mid Dec and I got this reply from them. Pls advise me what I should do next. My NOC is specialist physician. Thanks a lot.
"Please be advised that we currently have no record of your submission. However, it could be in the queue for initial processing. If you wish to submit a status enquiry in 3-4 weeks, a further search can be done."

Do not worry your application in the queue but still not opened and entered in the system call them after 3 weeks
