Applications after September/2011 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi guys,

My ecas status is In process but the substatus mentioned is "We received your application for permanent residence on September 13, 2011."

how long will it take for them to send the MR? Is there still chance of rejection?

Received PER on Dec 13, 2011
NOC 1233
VO: London

there is no surety till the last, people get got NER after getting PER, if your background checks and medical results are fine, then there is no problem.....

dont worry buddy, everything will be fine,,,, infact they dont even do verification of docs for everyone, i knw few guys got got their PPR, MR and RRPF and even who got their visa stamped and their docs were not verified by VO

I see.. good for you.. I work in a health insurance in UAE -

Hopefully we should hear from them first quarter next year! If everything goes well ;D

it happened with me as well in june and I got my packet back after 2 months, it takes around 1.5-2 months and its christmas time buddy so expect delays

As per seniors notarisation can be done in UAE.

There is a Canadian registered lawyer (ilsgroup dot com tel: 043554646), located in Canada Consulate Building in Bur Dubai. He will notarized your copied documents.

Even you can get it notarised from India by scanning and somebody can notarise and send you back by courier.

If you are in UAE working safest is London VO because on 2 things:

1) London VO requests PP after medical and returns within 6 weeks.
2) NDVO requests passport with medical itself which may take few months to return.
Also you can not courier passports in and out of India. It is illegal. You may get stuck there.

Think it over again and take a call.

Actually i want to choose New Delhi because I dont have the notarised copy of visa page of my passport to prove that I am a legal resident of UAE and sending the same to India will take time so therefore wanna finish off things by choosing New Delhi VO.
