i called there , the guy asked me to call again in jan He
said there is no any information about my file. I insist
him to search wheather my file is returned or is there. He
said no information today and asked me to call again in
jan. What does this mean. I applied in august 27 201 .
What should i do next

I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?

Samething happened with my friend.
My friend called them. He is october2011 applicant, officer said we are working on mid sep applications.
I cannot comment about yours. call again in Jan2012

ya i contacted them but they said they have not opened file. They didnt gave me file no.

where did u send the mail. Provide me the address. I wanna send the mail
 
Hi guys yesterday I got a reply from CIO as I mentioned before


Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 28 Nov 2011 as the cap of NOC 3131 has been reached.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Hello All,

I have applied for NOC 3215 and appication was received on October 17, 2011, since then I have been monitoring "Total complete applications received by CIC".
3215 – Medical Radiation Technologists was 26 till December 13, 2011 with no change.
But o December 22, 2011 the number raised to 31, so thats mean CIC is started reviewing my application ? if so how soon I can hear from CIC?

Actually i want to choose New Delhi because I dont have the notarised copy of visa page of my passport to prove that I am a legal resident of UAE and sending the same to India will take time so therefore wanna finish off things by choosing New Delhi VO.

it happened with me as well in june and I got my packet back after 2 months, it takes around 1.5-2 months and its christmas time buddy so expect delays
 
Hi guys,

My ecas status is In process but the substatus mentioned is "We received your application for permanent residence on September 13, 2011."

how long will it take for them to send the MR? Is there still chance of rejection?
