It is mentioned in payment instruction as obligatory paper (or what's so ever) to be presented with the RPRF.

Here is the line:
all fees can be paid in Euros (EUR) at designated branches of the Banca Transilvania. Please ensure the bank transaction fee has been added to the application fee. Please submit the original "Visa Link" and teller's receipt with your application (only the original receipts are acceptable evidence of payment).
