Is it a new way for sending MR or somebody had experienced this before?

wow it's really good news, I think they do it in this way cause it's not easy to send the MR to some countries such as syria, iraq and iran by mail any way I hope they send us the MR the same way.

Congratulations to gksh07, Entemaria, Anil04_10, Pradeepv_v, and others whom I may have missed.

RBVO since April 06, 2011. Addres has disappeared, and appeared so many times, that I have lost count now, but nothing from Buffalo. I am getting worried now. Should I go for CAIPS or should I just wait for another month and see how it goes. This wait is frustrating, and depressing some times. I know, I can hardly do anything about it, other than just wait. Last thing I heard from Buffalo was on June 2, 2011 when they had asked for my wife's finger prints, which were sent to RCMP Ottawa on June 15, and RCMP returned the fee on July 25, 2011. ECAS still shows my old address, which I had informed on May 02, 2011 to update, and had also sent the passport details as the passport number changed upon renewal May 30, 2011. I applied for my PGWP extension in 1st/2nd week of Aug, nothing on that either. I assume, they are waiting for something, which I am not sure of what, and if I could do something. I went to Service Canada last week to check, and why my ECAS still shows old address, etc. I got a standard reply to call 1-800 for general enquiries. She did not even ask anything about my application, I mean nothing at all. Looked like, she just did not want to help.

Aren't you too early to worry about to go in PROCESS since many other Buffalo friends are waiting. I understand your dilemma but Buffalo has written to lot of people that they will take 64 weeks to open a file and be happy that they have opened your file early.
