Buffalo Website says that;

Processing Times

Permanent Residents

You will be sent a letter showing your file number and outlining the next steps in processing within 20 weeks of the date of your application's receipt at this office.

Please do not contact us during this period - except to notify us if there is a change in your mailing address or if you decide to withdraw your application.

For processing times for all categories of permanent resident applications, visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

For all of us who has received their PER before December 16th, RBVO since december, its 20 weeks. So doesn't that mean that they should be replying to our inquiry seriously instead of sending us automated message???

hai cforcanada
you are absolutely right. i am happy to see one person in process in buffalo. At least got an assurance they are touching some of the application.

77 days in RBVO status on e-CAS& 47 days since 2nd AOR for me .. :(
Comparison of timelines for some of the other NDVO applicants with mine on tracker is showing a scary picture ???
Just trying to be +ve, but running out of reasons to keep myself motivated :(

Ya I was happy too, but now I doubt that it might be ecas bug. How about your timeline? Any progress so far?

Lets hope so my friend. This is so sad that Buffalo applicants are not getting anywhere. I dont think sending them case inquiry will do any good. Last time I send one and they ask me not to send more emails because they are busy and it interferes with their work.

But everything will be alright. I guess.

Does your Ecas is IN PROCESS??
mine is RBVO.
Tomorrow is a tuesday and I hope my Ecas changes???

that will be June 15 for me....
