I dont have appointment letter from my employer but HR is willing to issue a new one. Question is what should be the date on it current one or it should be in back date?

I don't know if anyone has answered your question or not as I have a few more pages to go through...anyway, you MUST be honest. If you never had an appointment letter then it should be dated from the date it is written and can indicate that it was effective backdated to the date you started. Include a cover letter of explanation that you never received an appt letter when you joined. If you have lost it, a COPY could be given to you, with cover letter to explain you lost the original. How does this sound to you?

Congratulation on your step forward ahead. It means also you passed the 2nd eligibility review. Hope you will get MR and the rest very soon. Am happy Nairobi is awake to review our documents. By the way, I applied on 26th of jan 2011 and received my PER on 21st of march, 2011. Till to date my e-cas doesn't show RBVO. I sent case specific inquiry last week and no reply. I am a bit worried and dont know what to do. Any guidance please ? seniors pls comment also ?

Lets hope so my friend. This is so sad that Buffalo applicants are not getting anywhere. I dont think sending them case inquiry will do any good. Last time I send one and they ask me not to send more emails because they are busy and it interferes with their work.

But everything will be alright. I guess.

Will tomorrow be a good day for me???? and all other buffalo applicants.. atleast the ones who got PER before DECEMBER 31st???
