With respect, huhoou, you did not file until around 4 months after both us (London) and some Buffalo applicants such as CanadaJimmy and we are all still waiting..... There are even longer waits for some before us who applied in July and August.
This is why it is illogical when we see PER after 4 weeks for some (instead of 4 months!) and Med Requests and even PR Visas for some in less time than we have been waiting so far.
We are all happy to see others making progress but wish it was us, too.

hi queencougar,
i think ull get ur "in process" around the 24th of may.. just stay positive :)

Congratulations to you & your family.. :) :) :) We should receive some more good news this week..

All the best!!

Rgds,Raj.

Conngrats Chetana, i believe you will receive your passport back with visa tomorrow. Canadian consulate office, Nepal usually receives docs from VO on every Tuesday, then you can collect your docs by tomorrow or on Wednesday.

Big congratulation to you

Frineds,

Till last friday my e-cas was showing 'In Process' with the final line of Medical Results Received' inside.

Today i have tried to login e-cas but on putting all required informaiton, it shows nothing and say that you are not able to login e-cas..............................

I am worried what is this?

I am waiting for decision made.

Have any body whose status has changed to 'Decision Made' face the similar situation?

Let me know my friends

Congrats chetana, you are the lucky one to break the ice. Seeing the trend of recent decision mades, i guess they are going by the NOC code with NOC 1122 getting the priority. Hope my luck also turns over too. ashishvet you are the next one buddy.

Did you receive any communication from CHC regarding your case specific inquiry? I am planning to send one to them today.

Dear Admins;
My ECAS status changed to In process.

''Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 12, 2011.''
line added.

Please update in the spreadsheet.

Now nearly 4 months for us since PER (24th January) and it took us 4 months and 2 weeks to get that from our date of application receipt, so we are now over 35 weeks into this and not yet even showing IN PROCESS and no sign of Medical Requests. :(
London sucks!

Well, I think the whole FSW2 process sucks!!!
No news from CIO, it's been over 120 days now since they got our application and we've being waiting allready for over 30 weeks to get our AEO approved!
CIO isn't giving any reply to our enquiries either, don't know what to try anymore to get them to give us some news about our files! >:(
We just want some answers, that's all!
I'm really thankful that our Canadian employer is having enough patience to wait......

Kind regards,
Louise!

Dear Amar and Positive,

How many days we have to wait for our MR??

i am keeping attitude of " I dont care for MR" but from inside i am always thinking about it...

no movement is happening frm NDVO in our case..

I have seen people struggling to find decent jobs upon landing in Canada. Here we are who have potential of earning a decent salary from day 1 of landing, but CIO & CHC's don't think that is important, since they are anyways getting "skilled" people to do "survival" jobs in Canada. CIC has made a joke of this whole AEO process. They have made rules & policies they themselves cannot own upto & are struggling to find a way to govern them effectively.
Because of their own shortcomings & lack of strong systems to tackle fraud, they have made 100's of AEO applicants the victims to thread bare scrutiny at multiple levels.

I was scanning this forum for AEO applicants who have had some success & the last was Simon123 from Delhi Office to get a Visa in Nov. 2010.

So be prepared for extra long processing times, if you are an AEO applicant. Better still I would advise all new applicants to stay away from filing an AEO application (it's not worth the time & effort), especially if you qualify in the 29 NOC without an AEO.
Instead of prioritized processing, AEO applicants face extended processing times as compared to non AEO applicants.
What good are those extra 15 points if you have a sword of rejection hanging on your neck all the time !
