Hello All,
I got this mail from the Accra VO this morning.
Pls what could this possibly mean?
I thought I had already submitted that in my original application.
Pls what should I do?
Thanks.

Date: April 8, 2011
Paper File#B0xxxxxxxxxxx
UCI: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Application: xxxxxxxxxxx

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
A newly completed Schedule 1 Background Declaration form for you .
All forms must be signed and dated. Incomplete forms will result in a delay in the processing of your application. For all requested forms, questions must be answered in full. Details must be provided for every month/year since the age of 18. Do not leave any gaps or blanks. Write 'NONE' in the box if the question is not applicable to you.
Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the Canadian High Commission for Ghana in Accra at the address indicated below.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.
Regards,
Immigration Section (JS)
This means they have found some gaps in the forms you submitted originally and they are giving you a chance to resubmit. Just fill out the forms without any gaps and write NONE where the questions do not apply to you.
Good luck.

I think you should completely disregard the time frames ....keep the rest of us (from comatose VOs) in your prayers....

Thank you my dear Wendy; so sweet of you. :)

I really appreciate your support and wish the easiest of processing for your application. :-*

You too keep me in your Prayers,

Dear All,

I just got an email from Warsaw suggesting that my file has been transferrd to their VO . ??? ??? ??? They are saying that the purpose for this transfer is to expedite the processing. On the other hand they have mentioned that the average processing time in their office is 24 months! :o and I can contact them if I have not received any instructions from them in 12 months!!!

The wording of the email is very much similar to 2nd AOR's.

Those friends who have already received thir second AOR's ; Could you please tell me what average processing time they have suggested for your VO?

Does anyone have any idea about what are things like in Warsaw VO? Maybe from the experience of your friends?

I was truly hoping for an easy processing and I cannot guess what can I expect now! Poor my application has gone through all types of weird ups and downs so far! :( :-[ :-\

Keep me in your prayers pls,

Katy

Congratulations Katy :) this is indeed great news, don't worry about the time frames given... they always say something ridiculous, but things happen faster... Good luck! 8)

Hello Guys,

Any update about London Visa Office why there processing is so slow ??????????? :(

wenstumped...

i am in for the letter to the minister..let me know whatever help u need from my side

avi_15

Well, I think it was good to write a letter earlier when we did not get anything from CIO, now it is a different case. Now, we have some fast VO's and some slow ones. Writing to minister is not going to do anything here. Writing to minister earlier also did not do anything anyway. I think we just have to wait and let it play out.

Hi guys already received my MR last April 7. Congratulations to all PER, MR and PPR receivers.

Hi kolhapuri,

The purpose of the letter will be to ask the minister to make the VOs function more uniformly globally.
As for our last letter, you are right, we did not get a reply; instead the PERs started rolling out within a week. I know this is a very long shot but I do think it is worth a try.
