Hi Indira,
I have some question for you.
My status was received by VO for quite sometime but I haven't received any 2nd AOR yet!!
3 days ago it changed to IN PROCESS. It's showing: "your application is reviwed and we start processing from 29th March".
How many days it take to received either 2nd AOR or MR from VO when your status changed to IN PROCESS?
In your case how many daus you had to wait?
Thanks.
EnvioZA
P.S. Kindly insert two info in spreadsheet. My Country of Origin: Bangladesh. Country of residence: Japan
Also e-cas last updated 1st of April.

Seems totally dependent on your visa office. Our status was "In Process" and started processing from 15th March - and we still haven't heard anything yet.

Some visa offices are simply faster than others. Since you are the only applicant here using Tokyo visa office you have no other applicants to compare timelines to, so really you just gotta wait and see! :)

Thanks alot Cappuccino & moabbasi for yours advice,CIO give me the deadline of 20/5/2011 for submit the IELTS GT result.
So Im taking your advice and Im going to set for IELTS GT in 16/4/2011

Hi. Yes that's a much better solution :)

Try to do as much in the way of practices as you can. There are some online practices for the listening etc.

The IELTS results usually take 2 weeks so you're looking end of April to get the actual results. This gives you 3 weeks to get them to CIO, so as long as you use a decent courier (should take about a week) you'll be fine :)

Best of luck and I hope you get the extra 2 points you need.

Thanks Wayne.
You made a good point. I can see Manila + ND visa office is faster than many others.
I will wait and regularly check my mailbox.
I hope Tokyo VO will work normally.

Thankx,

Hello Samar,

No way you should be sitting for Ielts again. I have read your post and if you are able to book 2 consequent exam sittting, that will be of benefit dealing with the hard time finding a place for exam. Best of luck in the coming one :)

Hi Magdy

I also have a similar situation and i expect my baby by sept 2011

and confused about the medicals as well, because it is not advisible to take x-rays while you are pregnent and the medicals includes x-rays.

Now i am planning to write to ND VO regarding this

may be you can also write to them and lets find out what needs to be done.

And regarding your passport you need to renew it before sending it to VO ( the six months validity clause)
you need to send the new as well as old passports

Regards
Jeniya

Congrats Aaycee and Shareen :) for the last ever step!

Congrats snow100 and nzds05 :) on the AOR.. Mine is lost for sure ::)..

Congrats Magdy and Dr. Ray on the medicals..

Magdy, please confirm the date of issue of your MR.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hello Jenya, Thanks for your feedback, I have decided to obtain a new passport (3 days) and send the info to VO.

For the Medicals, some people have advised us to take the medicals but not the x-ray for my pregnant wife. I will do so and lets see what will the VO say about that.

@Indra, congratulations and thanks a lot. I have recieved the MR + RPRF on 2nd of April.
2nd AOR on 31th of March and email from VO on the same day.

Regards,
Magdy
