As I said, the contents of the letter are quite different as well. So, it could not be just a page missing or something like that.

OK, after carefully checking the letter, it seems that the CHC doubts our marriage for some reason and that's why the different procedure/letter.

Apart from the RPRF + Medicals, they have also asked for our Marriage, Reception and other functions pictures. I wonder why this kind of requirement since we both have been married for almost 2 years now and we also submitted our Marriage Certificate with the Application.

Anyways, the contents of the package (4 Pages) are as follows:
1 Page - Letter
1 Page - Immigration Cost Recovery Fee Details
2 Pages - Section A for Medical Checkup for both me and my wife.

Surprisingly, there are no details on how to go about getting the Medicals done or the fee details. ???

Same! Mine changed to Received_by Visa Office today. Interesting there's the underscore which you can only see if you copy and paste. However the details page still says the same thing. No mention of the date it was received or anything like that.

you made VO type a different tpyo letter...hope the typist didn`t mind let`s see if they require the same in my case(as i have two children ;D)

Regrettably immigration fraud is not an uncommon thing, and people are trying all kinds of angles to get into Canada illegally - from fraudulant job offers to fake marriage certificates.

Therefore sometimes the masses are made to pay the price because of the few.

They may not doubt your marriage specifically but may perform spot checks to act as a deterrant, and your application was chosen as one of the applications to check.

If you just provide the extra items they ask then I am sure it will be fine

There will be a delay, they are not likely to process much until the documents are received.
As you have been asked for more documents your file is likely to have a B/F date added. That usually adds a delay.

How do I inform Buffalo visa office about these changes? I plan to send them mail but what is the address to send to? Is there any other option like e-mail or phone?
