Hi, My application was sent via Fedex on Oct 7 and arrived N.S on Oct 13. However, I have not received any confirmation email from CIO and have not seen CIO charged my credit card yet. Is there anyone here in the same situation? How long would it take to get the 1st response from CIO? Thanks -Mary
