Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Guys,

Please update my ECAS status on the spreadsheet:

".....We received your application for permanent residence on September 21, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 24, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us...."

(24 Jan 2011 was my PER day)

Just want to say about terrible mistake by CIO data entry department- Previously i've tried all possible options for my name, surname, COB and so on, my ECAS was unavailable, Today just for the interest i put United Kingdom and Colonies as my COB, and it WORKED !!! all my original details are there.

Its actually very disappointing that CIO are making such mistakes.

Phew ! such e relief anyway!

Thanks for the link. Quite informative. Nice to see that Canada is well placed re immigration policies and activities. i am a bt surprised at the low score on Political participation though.

At what level are non Canadians legal residents allow to participates vis-a-vis voting rights, right to contest in elections etc?

Welcome to the thread, Derek and congratulations on PER. What brings you to Vancouver? You will have Queencougar envious that you are already here. Good luck with your application. I think The Bosses will want a bit more information from you like: PCC included; NOC, etc.

hi all,
i jsut got N EMil from singapore office saying that office has created a new file number which is different from the 1st one. and also stated that before putting processing they will detrmine whther i m eligible for processing or not. if my application is not elligible for processing they will refund my money. and no timeline for processing.

It seems only Singapore VO is sending this information for a second eligibility review and it is really annoying. They keep on giving 2nd AOR, but no ME has been sent. Like Waye said, the eligibility review has been done by CIO, how come there is another one? are they referring to the background check? and it is not clear at all.

I am also applying through Singapore VO and this is really a concern.

BTW, my ECAS is still not available, anyone knows why? (I got my PER 2nd, March, does it mean I need to wait a few days more before I can check online?)

Well All PCCs included with the application and NOC I believe is 6242.and category is FSW 2(arranged employment)

And yes Vancouver is beautiful place, have been around the world and been here for 2 yrs now and made mind to settle here.
