Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

After several hundreds attempts I was able to log into E-CAS today. It says RBVO. Kidly update the status.

Hi team,

One of my friend applied under pre-june categories from same consultant (WWICS) and waiting for medical. He had applied under Computer Instructor(Tutor) category with experience of some private firm (http://www.itctgroup.org/).

Now, few applicants are rejected before 15 days having same category and same private firm with the reason of 'Course run by that firm is not approved by govt. of India'. Seeing website of that firm, its clearly indicated that its not Govt. approved institute.

Seeing all this details, its predictable that all remaining cases having this firm's experience can be rejected by ND VO. My friend is in confusion stage and not able to decide anything. He has option of changing his job place and can forward all new experience certificates to ND VO. But in this case also, there is chance of strong verification by VO to both current and past working place.

He is again victim of poor consultancy. Please suggest me what can be done here.

Please update my ECAS status on the spreadsheet:

".....We received your application for permanent residence on September 21, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 24, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us...."

(24 Jan 2011 was my PER day)

Just want to say about terrible mistake by CIO data entry department- Previously i've tried all possible options for my name, surname, COB and so on, my ECAS was unavailable, Today just for the interest i put United Kingdom and Colonies as my COB, and it WORKED !!! all my original details are there.

Its actually very disappointing that CIO are making such mistakes.

Phew ! such e relief anyway!

I can understand IRG That's one of the advantages of being in this forum . So, what exactly does your ECAS first page say? CIO ER COMPLETE? Received by VO?

I am so happy i just got my PER, and they were perfectly in time. What is the next step now.
My visa office is in Rome, will they contact me or do i have to do anything meantime.
So grateful for your answers

hi everyone! i'm a regular visitor to this forum,infact, i posted a lot of queries before submitting my application to NS. i got a lot of help from here, coz i applied without a representative. i just checked my email today and finally got a positive eligibility review. wohoo. i applied dec 8. so, for all december applicants, a little more time of wait and y'all receive yours. thank you friends!

hi all,
i jsut got N EMil from singapore office saying that office has created a new file number which is different from the 1st one. and also stated that before putting processing they will detrmine whther i m eligible for processing or not. if my application is not elligible for processing they will refund my money. and no timeline for processing.

Got my second AOR today.In the three page letter the last page was an invoice for the fees related to application processing. Not a mention of when we had to submit medicals. My application number was quoted as B05*******. Says that processing can take up to 10 months and to contact VO if not heard for 6 months.

PS. UK and colonies needed to be entered instead of the real country of my birth

So, there's the catch . ALL applicants who cannot access ECAS, please try the UK and Colonies as your place of birth and you are in

Unfortunatly , I recieved a NER in February 23th. They said to my attorney that I didn't give enough documents to prove i'm a doctor , I have more than 20 years of experience !
I wish they will change the decision when I will send new documents

Another example of a unfaithful immigration lawyer ??? I wonder how hard he must have worked to ensure a person with 20 years of experience as a doctor to get a NER on the grounds of in sufficient proof of employment for at least a year
