It means they do their job, and dont reply to general enquirers about status update and so on. They only reply to urgent matters. General waiting time to Passport Request is 3 to 6 mths. You have to wait and be patient ;)

Hi Veva, my VO never ever reply to us, only once when he made serious mistake and we notified him. They do what they do :-X, dont give a d*** about candidates. What stage is your application at?
