Looking at our spreadsheet, there are only few November applicants, so I would assume that they will start December applicants by 1st week of March or most on the 2nd week?
Counting to only 3 months to wait for our PER then hopefully...

Hi Kathe ,i had to go check that again .No it doesnt state medicals received. I noticed there is 3 options to check how the ecas status works,there is one for PR outside Canada one for PR in Canada and also one for FSW submitted to Sydney NS. I checked the one for FSW ,i hope im checking the proper one. My husband and son are in Toronto at the moment,so no doubt they celebrated last night with the family

However I am finding the discontinuity between visa offices a bit worrying. We have people whose application has arrived in October, PER in early February - and have 2nd AOR in less than 1 month from PER. We have people whose application arrived in July, PER in November and not a sniff of a 2nd AOR yet.

At least New Delhi visa office is issuing 2nd AORs now, so be thankful!
London applicants who applied as early as July 2010 still haven't received a 2nd AOR.Guess we all gotta live with the fact that some visa offices will be faster than others, although I had hoped the difference would be a matter of weeks, but it's looking like it'll be months.
