Yes Wayne I do understand what you r trying to say but as you must be aware that some ND VO applicants who have recd their PER's have already started receiving their 2nd AOR. Now that's the difference between the theory and reality. What worries me the most is that I had recd an erroneous mail from ND giving me 120 days and then they did rectify that error asking me to wait further contact as my file is in transit. Its been 45 days since then and no contact. I only they don't still count my 120 days and on 23rd march tell me my file is closed for lack of documentation.
Another they have yet not updated my new address though they do acknowledge having received the request but they reply address yet to be updated.
Regards
Sorry to hear about your frustrations I hope things resolve themselves for you soon!
I had hoped the "worrying" part of our application would be over when we got our PER, since this was the most likely stage, if any, at which we would be rejected.
But it seems the worrying and frustration has only just begun!
Just wish someone from London would hear SOMETHING, then we can start to get an idea of timescales. But currently the only evidence we have that our file has even reached London is ECAS "Received by Visa Office" and we all know how massively inaccurate and unreliable ECAS can be.
