blueray333, please accept my congrats for the medicals on the way I understand it's frustrating, i hope the same will be the case with me, as i live thousands of miles away from New Delhi ???blueray333 said:Can someone update my details?
I sent an email to Manila VO asking if a Medical Request was already sent to my address. This is because our snail mail here is a very old and sick snail.
Well, they replied, and told me they sent the Medical Request as well as the request for Right of Permanent Residence fee last Feb 7, 2011!!!
The sad thing is, I still have not yet received the mail..
Congrats siamak1981 on your PERsiamak1981 said:I GOT MY PER ;D :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

But the 2nd AORs from ND has been like a lottery system ... random pick and send ??? Are the other VOs following the sequence by which the PERs were sent by CIO?Cappuccino said:So - still only news from Manila, Singapore and N/Delhi visa offices?

Just hold for a week the 2nd AOR should be with you soon.
I received it today, our first PER dates are same

Actually I am expecting most of the 2nd AORs + medical requests to be a bit askew with regards dates they are sent out.Rohan09 said:But the 2nd AORs from ND has been like a lottery system ... random pick and send ??? Are the other VOs following the sequence by which the PERs were sent by CIO?
Main thing is to get them to CONFIRM they have received your change of address details, so if anything goes wrong you have proof that you informed them and they acknowledged the information.always+ve said:Wayne, do u think I shud write to CIO regarding my address update and that ND VO has not updated as yet though it was sent on 13th of Jan and also mention that I was supposed to be informed abt my file reaching ND as it was in transit according to the mail recd on 6th of Jan?
I don't see how the visa office can re-do the eligibility review. CIO and visa office are both operated by CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada).kolhapuri said:Yes, I can truly understand the frustration. The worrying bit is that the order of issuance of PER were quite sequential as per first come first served except for a few individual delays. The issuance 2nd AOR seems to be quite random. The other worrying bit is the difference in the format of the 2nd AOR. It seems to be all different with the Singapore VO saying that they will do the eligibility again.
Guess, we can just wait and wait. I suggest you to keep a look out at your old address too, if possible.
