This is what i'm talking about this VO is certainly aware about your file and the post June people so this answer i think will be better than the other one including the 120 days which i can't believe it

please have patient every body we will be contacted soon as i think may be in march we will start to get medicals and pcc requests so no rush

Please do chk and post it here.....I am in the same NOC......My app reached CIC on Oct 25th and CC was charged on Nov 1st........So ur BD must have got encashed long back......Gud luck !!!

hey guys.

my application was reached on 21st oct 2010 in noc 1122. havent heard anything from cic so far. the big worry is that my BD is not yet encashed. but on the other hand many people who applied after me have got their application returned for cap filled or any other reason. but i have not received even rejection on any ground or any other communication. and i really am apprehensive to send a email to check the status. i want to do it only after 120 days.

i am again going to bank today to check if my BD is encashed.

Please pray for me that i get a good news that the BD has been encashed. That will surely be relief for me.

When I made the inquiry date Jan. 7, 2011 about my application status, I quoted the reference number BXXXXXX. They are smart and can identify this is a post-June application.

When I found my CC encashed, I made the first inquiry and got the reply at the same date Oct. 21, 2010. No any reference number was provided, VO still can identify I am a post-June applicant. The old message is listed below for your refernce:

Hello,

Your file has started to process at Sydney dated Sept. 29,2010. The processing time at Sydney is about 33 weeks before the assessment letter can be issued.

Once the assessment is done, your file will then be transferred to Taipei for further progress. FYI, the Taipei office has not yet received any Skilled Worker applications received after June 26,2010. Therefore we do not know the processing time for new skilled worker applications received after June 26, 2010

WOW!!! That's wonderful... Ur VO understands better than mine. Even i had quoted my file number but was told i have to submit documents within 120 from the date i received my PER. Surprisingly they did not understand from my file number that even i am a post 26/6 applicant

Now I am waiting for my PER/NER within Feb (finger crossed it will be a PER).
If i get NER,I'm gonna resubmit it again and hope my cap(3131) still have a quota for me.

I AM in dilemma whether to call cio or not. in one hand i am thinking why not to wait till this week and on ther other hand think abt immediate call to cio. i am the sep 17th applicant, some guys above 17th has already got the PER, and some other before 17th are still to get PER, then my friend pls suggest me what to do........

I get a reply from singapore VO in response of my email, They mention my file no Bxxxxxxxxx (GCMS/CIC) as subject of email reply which is same I have got from PER email from CIO. They just include GCMS/CIC whcih seems that they got my application at their office.
