The bottomline is some are good immigration lawyers and consultants and some are lousy and would only go after your money. Just be very cautious when dealing with them.

I agree with you, I hired the services of Atty Gurfinkel in California way back 2003 and nothing happened. I was told not to inquire about the status of my application. After six years I emailed Buffalo Office and was told they never received my full docs. Waste of money and time, dont hire Atty Gurfinkel.

Hi

I was looking at the spreadsheet and it looks good after removing the names in red as the gaps between PERs have reduced. Thought of adding my findings to make my contribution
CIC is done with issuing PERs upto August 23rd to everybody in this forum except for lafaneh, made711, robin_1986 and zint [who are active so we know they didnt get it yet. Hope you get it soon ]
The other members who didnt get PER (Dr.Ex, Beshocar, tryresistingme, akrammaher and Gulshan.akbar) upto August 23rd are not active and as I can see Molarius application was unfortunately returned.
That actually leaves us with four blanks in the PER column up until Aug 23rd.

There seems some problem. How did you send your application..... like which courier?? And how did you come to know about the receipt of the same on 09 Sept 2010 (at CIO). DHL /TNT /FedEx have their tracking records for the delivery. I hope you do have this proof. Please contact CIO ASAP, with this proof. I am sorry, but I have a strong feeling that your application has been lost in transit (contact your courier) OR at CIO (if delivered).

Please contact them (through email) ..... giving them the FedEx tracking # and the concerned details (like name of the person receiving + date and time) ..... AND insisting /requesting them to find the whereabouts of your application.
