Relax a little, my friend. Surely you are not rejected ; , otherwise they would mentioned it .

I believe they need more time to verify some matters related to the documents you have sent. I don't know if I'm right or wrong but i guess they may scan the documents that need verification to the related VO which may take time according to:

-the sort of verification they need (will it take long time?)
-the co-operative VO

Guys, share your ideas.

Fax Number: (9*2) 27*-3561 [Replace * with 0) - This line is for notifying them of address changes only, but since this was an extreme case I figured I had no choice. I marked the top of the fax "FOR THE ATTENTION OF <Person who sent me the email from CIO> OR ANOTHER CIO EMPLOYEE WHO CAN ASSIST WITH THIS SPECIAL CASE" to ensure it reached someone able to help.

This is the advantage of using an immigration lawyer. They would have taken up this issue on your behalf.

Nevertheless, doing it yourself will still achieve success especially if there are no complications.

I am sorry but I beg to differ..the last time I applied the lawyer proved to be useless. No one will ever care about your application than you do. It pays to educate yourself about the ins and outs of submitting an application and what is actually required and do it yourself, rather than have someone do it for you in return for a few thousands. All they do is fill out the forms..

Believe me: no immigration lawyer would ever care for your application like you do or take prompt action as you do. All they care about is only money! There may be some rare exceptions who may care, if you know one tell me. But even though, I'll always chose to take care of my own issues!
