Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

The post 25 June AOR states "Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of..." . Interestingly this matches the sentence used to describe the works undertaken at CIO during the "Eligibility Review" stage which also states "An officer will make an final determination of eligibility of your application to determine whether..your application qualifies for processing under one of the two categories described in the Ministerial Instructions".

Also as the post 25 June AOR subsequently mentions that "Your application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing", it may also suggest that the "Selection and Admissibility" stage is entirely carried out at the VO instead of partially at CIO as described at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG77.asp.

Great !!! Finally the AORs came through. My heartiest congratulations to everyone who got their's.

Well my prediction of Jan 10, 2011 is so proven wrong :-[ . I undermined the efficiency of CIO . Comparing the old and the new AORs, I guess the VOs will take much lesser time.. they'll not be doing reassessments on selection factors.. Just some verifications and then sending off the medicals..

Also, I must say you guys are doing a great job ...Cam1234, Wayne, Indira , Anil and all others who are regulars on this forum..
any guesses on september cases .. I even check my spam now.. not taking any chances..

Hi Raj,

I dnt want to damper our spirit, but I doubt that as my employer havent got any call still from the CIC / VO to confirm my employment as part of back ground check (BC), probably they might have just done a education verification and other basic reviews. The through BC probably needs to be done by the VO.

If what you think is true then we might get the PR visa in next 3-4 months
