Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

hey wayne.. are you following some other websites... may be somebgody somewhere has already got a AOR..who knows...unfortunately i have been addicted to canadavisa.com.. and have no clue whats going on with people elsewhere...

I have applied for immigration on 18-Aug-2010 but it got rejected because they said they didnt received the transalted copy of Birth Certificate, though i had submitted other supporting documents in lieu of the Birth Certificate. I resent the same again this month. Will anyone please tell me if my application is not accepted due to overfill of quota can i have the option of challenging this decision.

I applied on 18/08/10 and got the package due to some reason on 14/09/2010. The dispatch date mentioned on my application package was 31-08-2010. So if your are in india u shud (read "NOT") expect it back in a month's time. Hope this helps. Thanks and All the best.

dear mptocanada...sorry for that & wish u could fix the errors & re-apply again ASAP to catch the CAP.....could u please share with us here the reason for which ur application is returned & if u could share CIO letter after removing ur details...it'll be very helpfull for all the forum members here...best wishes.

Really sorry for you.Hope you the best of luck this time.(What is the NOC you have applied for?)
I don't think that any of the NOCs has been filled yet, otherwise they would announce in their official website to terminate recieving a specified filled NOC.I think, as long as they are still accepting the applications of any of the NOCs, that means that it hasn't reached the limit yet.

My friend, they simply don't care about our concerns or plans. These are a bunch of bureaucrats whose only interest is to please their bosses. For them, we are just some unknowns who don't have any rights or authority. And until we get the PRC nobody will give our desires any attention.

dear mptocanada,
could you please tell what type of supporting document you sent for birth certificate. it is common practice to send 10th exam showind dob certificate. and if in the covering you mentioned this thing that in lieu of birth certificate you are sending this supporting document.

Thanks khai. are you still working here in manila as staff nurse or your in another country?? Hmmp im still wishing and hoping that hopefully they will grant me visa.. My application for licensure exam in BC will expire next year by the way its the SEC assessment... I dont want to re apply again and the worst part is to take the IELTS again...

i and my family moved back to the province..that was after i had a baby..but still working as a staff nurse.i have a pending application with CRNBC too..i actually took ielts twice already..first ielts exam i took expired..but it was intended for the US application anyway.

I imagined myself working for the CIO - department understaffed, having to process thousands! of applications piled up trying to figure out how to cope with huge backlog and further incoming applications (just like an oil well that you cannot shut down). their major interest is more likely to finish job and come home, that's it! just like the majority of us would do own job: little emotion - more things done - day finished - go home!

I would not even think of what they think about what we think or desire ;D in the end of the day we made our effort and submitted things, you know where the result is!

very true coffee... this is the reason that all of us put the best effort in preparing the application so as to leave little room for them to think and ponder over.
