Hey u received ur 2 AOR in August..4 months not yet completed.....n from date ofapp....8 months notyet completed.....nothing to worry..u will sure receive MR soon Inshallah.

ur still in RBVO...one should worry if he/she is in IN PROCESS for long time and not received MR.

I was kinda hoping that it would come this week as I was keen on doing my meds before taking my short winter vacation with my family.....but no news as yet and I have only tomorrow left.....otherwise will have to do my meds in the new year :'(

Please advice on what to do if ex spouse is unwilling to assist on a non accompanying child and VO is requesting that pics be provided for the child and that the child undergo medicals or application refused even though the child isn't included in application and the mother çannot be contacted anymore.

We thought forum readers would be interested to get an update on the personal delivery solution. Turns out, NOC 1122 (Management Consultants) and NOC 3152 (Registered Nurses) had a massive stockpile. The very misleading CIC cap link tool reported 52 and 26 applications received for NOC 1122 and NOC 3152 on July 21, 2011. In actuality, management consultants were full within five business days - by about July 8 and nurses followed a week or two later (by our estimates). CIO received so many applications on Day 1, over 500 of them, that they had to go review many of the Schedule 3 questions for elimination. What we learned in this exercise is to ignore the CIC visa cap tool as it is not only misleading but wholly irrelevant. The number on the linklink is not live - but probably four months old. In effect, high volume NOC like restaurant managers and pharmacists, biologists and physicians are all pretty much full and will likely be returned.

Well if you want someone to personally hand deliver your package on 1st July before the Fedex and UPS trucks arrive, I am sure you could hire someone privately far more cheaply than the extortionate fees the lawyers/consultants charge!

I don't really see there being a massive rush on 1st July 2011. Ok there will be a small stockpile, but as we saw even once things got moving in August in took almost 3 months for the NOC cap on 1122 to fill.

whereas he got medical received line on 10th dec , visa was issued on 12th dec and he recived visa today ( i e 20th dec )
