Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hello, everyone.
Been a while since I posted because I have come to Canada to be with my husband at last and I have had a lot to do settling in and sorting out the house.I will have to go back at some point to tie up affairs but at least now I can share some time with my husband and the waiting doesn't seem so bad.
Since 3rd September when London VO received our new Police checks and IM0008 form which they asked for, we have heard nothing.
I was hoping for Medical Requests very soon after they received the documents as I know of another FSW Cat 2 who applied at a similar time to us who is already at the Passport Request stage but there is still no communication from London for us.
edong sent me a PM to say he had received his Med requests, but I am so behind on London progress so if anyone can give me a quick resume I would be grateful.

Welcome back, Queencougar, To sum up the London VO progress, IRG has receive Meds request recently but has an error in his children's name, Smiler's med documents were misplaced by London VO and few other London VO applicants got PPR/ Meds. So London is moving but not as fast as we want or hope.

It is good that you are united with your OH and so the wait is not that torturing. Cheers

Don't u worry about the snailing pace of London VO......for encouraging urself, u can have a look at my time on the left side

I am also in the same boat of waiting waiting and waiting since 3rd of August when i got in process and was also asked through a letter of same date to submit my updated documents which i forwarded to London VO on 20th September and since then, have no further response from VO.

So lets hope best of luck to each other and to all with us in the same boat of "waiting"

Some good news from my side. Its not PPR yet but a decision has been made on my application.

I just got this email from London VO:

Dear Sir,
E0XXXXXXX
This is regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that a positive decision has been made on the above file. However, we have noted that your family has another file BXXXX in Accra, Ghana. In order for us to finalise this application, your family must withdraw the file submitted in Accra as soon as possible. Please note that you will have to inform our offfice in Accra regarding the withdrawal. We will not be able to withdraw the file from our office in London. Kindly send us a confirmation when you have initiated the withdrawal with our Accra office.
We look forward to hear from you soon.

I have sent an email and CSE to Accra VO few minutes ago.
Question: Do I need to wait for a reply from Accra or forward a copy of the email to London VO as a proof that I have asked Accra to withdraw our 1st application?

mandie, we were requested to send updated pcc etc in July , we were given 60 days to do so, our 60 days have been and gone and we still havent received any news from VO. Hopefully we will hear soon :'(

In my small thinking ,I would think it wise to send a copy of the e-mail you sent to Accra to London as well.But not sure if LVO will issue PPR based on that.Hang in there Accra should accept your letter of withdrawal asap.

congrats Shalom, in my opinion send a letter to Accra and CC the same to London VO, send it by post and / or fax it.
