hi louise,
i apologise i missed you out, my and sethi104's file has been stuck in the RBVO state since 176 days, we both have sent a case specific enquiry and now we are awaiting their reply. Applicants filed during our submission and even much after our time have been thru.
My only beef is that the council should stop the AEO intakes if they are going to treat us guilty till proven innocent. BTW whats your status?

Don't apologise, It's okay! ;)
I know CIC isn't giving the AEO applicants a Fast Track Procedure like they should, but in my opinion they can't refuse you anymore after getting MR?
Because, you'll only get MR after your file is checked and proven valid.
Before July 1st our medical results were send to Vienna, but after July 1st our results have to go to London.
London is a much busier VO, so hopefully it will not give any problems...
Our PPR comes from Berlin, so hopefully London is giving the positive answer to Berlin soon!
My status on ECAS is still "In Process", even when our address went missing for the first time but doesn't have to mean anything...

Good luck, hope to hear some good news soon for all of us!

Kind regards,
Louise!

Yeah but which is the landing number? The COPR form has application number, UCI and "Doc No" but no landing number? Apparently it begins with "W" but I cannot find the number anywhere.

Wayne.

Well, given that I haven't landed as yet, I'm not sure which documents they release on landing. I did find this link though, so if you have this document or shall receive it soon, you'll know where to look.

Yes dear, Thats why asking you whether it was waived or you gave an interview??

Your MR came directly to your Postal address or is there any communication prior to receipt of the same??

Dear Cheersman,

Have checked my letter it has just three points which i mentioned earlier.. :) so now would wait for the PPR request.

@ Ritu, Moabassi Thanks for your wishes.

@ Rupesh, I did submit my PCC. Yet NDVO has mentioned about PCC. I had a talk with my consultant regarding this matter and she has yet to revert back to me with an appropriate answer.
The deadline for submission of my Medicals, Fees etc has been slated for 6-11-2011, after which they have specifically mentioned that any delay from my side will cause my file to be rejected.

Regards,
CHEERSMAN.

No I was not called for any interview. Medical request came through registered post.

Prior to MR, I got an acknowlegement letter from Visa Office that they have recieved my papers from CIC.

Rupal,
Just to clear your doubts why not make an enquiry with NDVO. They could have missed out on that. All NDVO applicants so far have received PPR with medicals unlike other visa offices.

What is the date on your PCC??

As my consulatnt said, VO will ask another PCC before they give you final approval (PR) because I also submitted teh PCC along with my rest of the documents. The date mentioned on my PCC was Oct'10 and as my consultant said VO is going to ask me fo rnew PCC. I think PCC validity is for only 6 months (at max.) so they might be asking for PCC again.

OK that means you have given one month and 10 day approx. it's enough time for re issuing the PCC

Any one can tell that how much the average time line for sending the document given by NDVO without pcc (medical, ppr, rprf only) ?

Thank's
