This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
This refers to your application for permanent residence which was received in our office in Sydney on 09-08-2010.
On 23-11-2010, we requested you to provide the following documents as per the attached letter. This letter was sent to your current mailing address on file via regular post or by email to the address you provided on your application form. The letter also provided you with 120 days to make your submission.
To date we have not received the requested information. We cannot continue processing your application without this information.

We have assessed your declared occupations against the list of eligible occupations identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008. Your application is being recommended for further assessment by a visa office. You are therefore requested to submit a full application to the following visa office:

Please note that your file has already been transferred to the above visa office. Any future correspondence will be with that visa office. Your reference number is located in the top right hand corner of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence. A receipt for the application fees submitted is also enclosed. If you submitted original supporting documents, these are being returned to you and are enclosed as you may be required to submit these with your full application.
Submitting your Full Application
Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp to download the Federal Skilled Worker guide and application forms.
Your full application must consist of the following:
- A copy of this letter with the reference number above
- Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
- Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
- Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
- Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (if applicable)
- Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
- Visa office-specific forms available at: www.india.gc.ca or http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37029.pdf.
- All supporting documents (see document checklist for the visa office to which you are applying)
NOTE: You must inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth of a child, marriage, new occupation or employer, etc) when submitting your full application. Please include a letter identifying what the changes are.
You have 120 days from the date of this letter to prepare and submit these forms and supporting documentation. If your full application is not received within this time, we will assume you are no longer interested in immigrating to Canada and we will close your file. Documents must be submitted in a SINGLE package. Do not submit any documents until you have prepared the entire package. We will make a decision on your application on the basis of the documents you provide at that time.
Until we have received your completed application, we will not accept, respond to, or attach to your file any interim correspondence, EXCEPT:
1 Change of address, including change of e-mail address;
2 Change of immigration representative;
3 Request for withdrawal of your application and refund of fees;
4 Submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada
Once the visa office has received your full application, it will send you an acknowledgement of receipt letter which will inform you of the visa office’s processing times and the next steps in the processing of your application.
