Tracker has been updated with 'Beshocar' details. This makes 2 known cases, who have been rejected after encashment. Iafaneh for 'insufficient work experience' and Beshocar for insufficient points. Feel so sorry for both these guys ......hope they apply again!!!

[size=10pt][/size] congratulation for all who got per in the previous days ,espcially for amro ,and after i say robbin case rejected ,i feel now with depression and that my application will be returned back to me ,cio wil make me crazy if they returned it after 5 months although my noc not reached cap ,let us wait for any surprise from cio either positive or negative

Called the call centre this morning and was told that my application still does not appear on the system as they are processing applications up to October 13th. Since my application was received by CIO on October 22 2010, I was told to call back next week. Fingers crossed.

hi amro ,i did not stop thinking in any thing i can do ,i sent 3 inquires ,the first reply with Bxxxxx file number and your file is currently review .the third ,i asked clearlt if they accepted or rejected my application ,the reply that your application not accepted nor rejected ,your file under assessment
my brain went to far place that if cio check security background ,this may delay my file and this thinking come as when i applied to get usa visa ,i know that my name in my country had many proplems as there are similar criminal names to my name ,another thing that comes for me that i worked in governmental hospital ,third thing come to me that i worked in private pharmacies in gulf and then sold

No worries Mido, you will be fine. Just bear in mind being patient and willing to accept life issues to move forward to what is best for you

my friend! i am august 16 applicant & made711 is 8th august 2010, but still no response from cio, i heard about "Robin" case and read his rejection letter. i think the applicants like us who haven't received their PER are under the finalization process of rejection or approval. i have calculated my points 100 times b4 i logged my application. scored 67 out of 100. since 7th of January my points have raised to 69 due to my 4yrs work experience. my BD has encashed according to bank information.but still see no sign from CIO.

All of us who are behind the pack are suffering worry and are not eating or sleeping properly. I am sleeping so little that I feel I barely manage to drive home safely some evenings because as soon as I leave work and start to wind down even a little I am exhausted. My job causes a lot of adrenalin and so I can stay awake while I am busy.Then when I have to work at home in the evenings on paperwork I feel sleepy straight away but then go to bed and find myself awake and worrying about this business and missing my husband until the early hours of the morning.
Have courage, everyone and stay strong and hopeful. I have had many messages of kindness and support from other posters and I now send those thoughts on to you in return.
Take care and take time to look after yourselves, all those who wait and worry; maybe patience will bring us our reward.
