We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details. Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form.

Does your job fit into one of the 27 NOC's which have not yet reached the cap? If so, try again and reapply!

Didn't you call or email them since when you sent your application even once to know about your status? It has been more than 6 months now!
And it's been on the way back for more than 4 months.

Sailing in almost same boat....Applied through WWICS and lost in the middle of nowhere. Don't have any updates. No encashment of DD yet and no reply from WWICS as well and reading all the scary things of WWICS.....don't know what to do?

(1) Please ask WWICS through which courier they have sent your application and the tracking #. It will give you the traveling details of your application package ........ :
(2) If they have prepared the BD .... ask the details like bank, branch and BD copy / number. Otherwise you ask your banker for the status of your BD - whether encased or not (you have to be after them) .......

Don't rely on ANY of their answers...... ask for proofs and see with your own eyes ....

Kindly give us your details as per the tracker.... we will update the same. In case of a specific query, send PM. Thank you.

Thanks for adding me in both sheets. However, i havent received any details like AOR from WWICS. They are saying that they are not receiving as they are sending applications in bulk, so they cant figure out individual case. However, do u see any chance of returning my case? I feel people use to get PER in 110-120 days and yet i have to wait for 20 days more. One more thing, how to check whether my DD is encashed or not and if its encashed there is guaranteed that i am going to receive PER?

Don't know how many times i mailed WWICS but no reply. If only WWICS office is here in my country.....I asked the bank about Demand Draft encashment, it is not encashed yet. so.......again i have sent the mail to WWICS. Lets see what happens ??

Just now replied your PM ..
Of course BD payment takes longer than CC payment. CC payment is instant and recorded on the same time / date in the applicant's account (with banker). However, with BD - recording is different. CIO will deposit the instrument, and take it as 'Fees Paid' (on the same date like CC) ....... BUT for applicant, it will be recorded on the day the BD amount gets debited from their bank .... depending on their country and location / type of bank. That is the reason there is a difference in BD en-cashment dates as confirmed by CIO and the applicant (banker).

I didn't notice that 12 dec. was sunday, but another NOC 2151 The brother from singapore applied 01 Dec. also reported his BD encashed on 12 th of Dec. ??? that intiated many questions, are both of our Banks telling false statements to us specialy if encashing the fees is the only way to have a hint about our status??

Hey bro

I never said / meant that your banker is giving a false statement. It is possible that both the bankers might have received the payment confirmation message on Sunday, which might have been sent on a previous working day. With time you will see that the BD must have been charged anywhere between 6 to 10 Dec...... Till that time have to wait and see
