What is a PER? Did I miss anything? What happens after a PER second AOR or medicals?

PER (Positive eligibility review) which are the words present in the emails sent by CIO which is presumed to be the same as AOR before (pre 6/26).

after PER that is what we dont know yet, maybe an email from VO, coz aside from the PER in the communication from CIO its stated there that their file will be forwarded to their respective VO.

Fun as it is, I think our references to PER are confusing a lot of people and goodness knows there is enough confusion in this whole process. Do you think we should smile at our concept of PER and revert back to AOR, knowing that it has a slightly different connotation than the pre-June AOR?

I remember a while ago someone had mentioned that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the busiest for the CIC so I hope we get to see even more PERs today and tomorrow than we did yesterday. My application was received first week of September but I am sooooo praying with all my heart to get a PER before Christmas this year. That would be the best Christmas gift ever. ;D

Let the rain of PERs be continued..... Out of 200 odd members (both active and non active), we have received 25 PERs!!!!

A sincere request to ALL 25 PER holders...... Please confirm your BD en-cashment (or CC charged) date as per the PER. I am sure tracker needs to be updated on this for atleast 50% cases ... we may find it interesting :-* ........ Once again Lucky Guys - PLEASE update us.... Thank you.

I am no. 45 on the updated tracking list and PER holders list reached to no. 38, i hope that this Tuesday/Wednesday PER list will cross the half century mark.

i send my application on 3rd aug from Gwalior India. it reach their by 8th aug. and was received by some miller of citizen and immigration NS. yesterday i called call center. after waiting of 12 min. the call center agent took my detail, she was enable to locate my application. it is under noc 1122. total time lost was 37 mins. she said she is not getting any information on this application as system has not been refreshed with information. she said she have mailed the query. as per term within 30 days they will get the information.
this is really surprising. please tell me what does this means.
i have also mailed but did not get any information.
please suggest what i should do.
