I sent PCC with my initial application to CIC, both certificates from China my homeland and USA where I am living now.

As per total application received by CIO i.e 4416, the applicants found on our spreadsheet are 194 i.e 4.39 % of total applicants. Till 6th December 25 applicants from our spreadsheet has received PER ;D i.e around 570 PER 's might have been issued out of total 4416 applications at CIO. All this PER has been issued in 10 working days i.e 57 applicants receive PER's everyday out of which our share is 2.5/day.

sure anil i'm thinking the same thing so let me start doing this from today i will try to check for the difference between the 2 sheets and update both of them and hoping we turn all the sheets to blue colors

In the PER, there are two kinds of payment methods, on is if you paid by Bank Draft, .............
.................................. Please keep a copy of this letter for your records and quote this number on all correspondence relating to application fees or refunds.

Yes Your are right, So far only those who sent their applications at the start of August (at that time it was mandatory to send PCC) received PERs. Lets see from now onward most of the candidates send there application without PCC (due to change in the rules), ME too send my application without PCC. Hoping for the best.

I am glad that my application has received a positive final determination from CIO within 8 weeks. My application has started to process at Sydney dated Sept. 29,2010 and I received the finanl determination dated Nov. 25. 2010.
