I hope it is a good sign for you but I am sorry to say that I received this reply from Buffalo on Aug 2011 and nothing has happened so far
It's good to think positive but in long time you will be frustrated and disappointed as you are not ready for it when nothing happens. I've told myself that the processing time for us would be at least 23 months according to their website and if I receive medical earlier I will be happy.
I applied on September 2010 and I am still RBVO!!!

I agree with you, the response just means you are in queue... the never ending one. Great minds think alike Mari, I was also thinking 23 months, and anything shorter we Boogie down til the morning light... does anybody still do that I wonder? Anyway, I digress... you realize 23 months would be from when Buffalo got the docs, which would be February of 2013 for us

I don't know why, but I have a good feeling and think most of us will get Med Requests by Feb of next year. CanadaJimmy certainly gave us all renewed hope.
